INSPECTION SERVICES

1. We will only accept inspections that we possess the expertise to perform and will only assign staff with the requisite expertise.
2. We will ensure that before accepting any inspection, a mutual understanding of the inspection and fee arrangements have been established.
3. We will offer to withdraw from any inspection when their objectivity or integrity may be impaired.
4. We will agree in advance with a client on the basis for fees and will charge fees that are reasonable, legitimate and commensurate with the services delivered.
